Actually, Mike Barton mentioned this. See the bottom of this post.

Mike, are you still out there? Can you be more specific on where you found
this?

TIA.

Dan,

I checked this morning, but as far as I can see the tools you asked are
not in QUSRTOOL V3R1M0. Perhaps I am mistaken.
What is the purpose of those commands? RCLSPACE sounds familiar, but
not from QUSRTOOL (or perhaps an older version).

Mike,

Same problem as with my earlier request for CHKSAVTAP: The V3R2
version of
QUSRTOOLS stripped out most of the useful tools from previous releases.
 Can I
presume that TBPARCSI / RCLSPACE could be found in V3R1? If so, and if
you
have it, would you be so kind to send me the source (privately, in
consideration of others on the list)?

We do have the C compiler on our V3R2 box, and I presume that C
programs
convert to 64-bit RISC like all others.

If you have a C compiler, then you can use the version supplied by IBM
in
library QUSRTOOL.

See member TGPARCSI in file QATTINFO for details about the RCLSPACE
command.

Essentially, it swaps active records at the end of the file with
deleted
ones at the beginning.
Optionally a TRUNCATE keyword can be specified (needs exclusive use of
file
tho) which
then chops the end (deleted records part) off the file.
