Several ideas
1. Whenever you purchase a system, there is a ton of documentation that IBM 
sends along with it, so what you are looking for is a reshipment of the 
manuals that came with each of these systems.
2. IBM has some documentation on what publications you supposed to have - a 
subscription information ... so you want them to retransmit latest copy of 
each on that list.
3. There are IBM manuals that list the other manuals & help you order them.
4. Some manuals are no longer available in print, but can be downloaded in 
PDF format.

How did you come to lose the documents in transit ... that is an enormous 
volume of cartons ... did a Semi get in an accident & all the contents burn 
up?
