Variables in list -- MIDRANGE-L

I have done this before but my hair loss, I have lost brain cells.
I want to build a list of files for the DSPJRN command from a
database file so I only have to execute the DSPJRN once for
all files, instead of 1 per file.

How do I build the list so the DSPJRN command recognizes
it as a list and not a single variable??

I want it to look like this, sort of.....
DSPJRN  JRN(@TESTJRN/ISYJRN) FILE((*LIBL/INVDPT) (*LIBL/INVMST)
(*LIBL/POMHDR)                          (*LIBL/POMDTL) (*LIBL/POMRCD)
(*LIBL/TBLSTR) (*LIBL/VNDDPT) (*LIBL/VNDHDR) (*LIBL/INSMST)) ..........
