All you need is an APPC connection between two systems and the ObjectConnect
optional software installed on both systems (optional part of OS/400).
After the software is installed and the communications are connected use the
commands SAVRST, SAVRSTCFG, SAVRSTCHG, SAVRSTDLO, SAVRSTLIB, and SAVRSTOBJ.
