No need for you to apologize.  ;-)

I didn't mean to imply that the link doesn't work, it's just that there's no
way to link directly to the document.  FWIW, I tried
http://as400service.ibm.com/supporthome.nsf/document/18300213 and got a
"non-existent document" error.

Is it just me?  Or does it seem ludicrous to not be able to do this?
