Certainly looks like the hardware is reporting in with 512 installed. 
Check WRKSHRPOOL as that has the memory the OS 'sees' on the top of the
screen. If that doesn't report 512, then go into SST and check for
non-reporting or failed hardware. I suspect something is amuck with the
hardware.
