Dataq api for Win NT -- MIDRANGE-L

Though I hardly know whait is a PC, I'm trying to create a simple example on
a PC to communicate with a *DTAQ on AS/400 (and a complex program to recieve
and handle it).

Found the example Vballobj on a Client Access Express ibm-page. Apart from
beeing .vbp - files (would have prefered .vbs) I also need cwbx.dll

Is cwbx.dll a part of ca EXPRESS only. I can't find it on our CA/400
installation
