Mark

I'm not sure this is the same for W95, we are on W2k, but the file
associations are as follows;

For a .AS4 extension it opens with CWBUISXE.EXE
For a .WS extension it opens with PCSWS
For a .BCH extension it opens with PCSBAT

These are all for CA Express.

Associations can be changed by opening Explorer, then Tools, then Folder
Options & File Types.

Hope this helps.

Subject: CA icon problem

  I have created a desktop icon (Win95) for my CA sessions. This was fine
for a while. After a particular system boot (previous shutdown worked
fine), the CA "system" icon has been replaced w/ a generic "Windows" icon
and it doesn't point to anything (i.e. the shortcut tab is gone!)

  Creating another icon doesn't help - it just creates a new invalid icon.

  Is there an easy way to repair the association w/o reinstalling CA? TIA.
