You are right!  *SERVICE, *SECADM for AMAPICS too.  PWRDWNSYS will work from
that menu!

Now, 
        check user profile AMAPICS and see what authority it has.
        *ALLOBJ ?  Then every user on your system with this initial program
has 
        authority to everything !!
