  Just an observation.  "Strategic" products such as DB2 enhancements, SQL, 
TCP/IP, web stuff, Java (not counting Toronto's RPG) seem to be getting 
most of the attention while CL, DDS, programming utilities, ILE object 
management, etc. receive very short shrift.
