Unless it has changed recently the DB2 for MVS is done in Santa Teresa
(just outside San Jose, CA).  There is some database work done in Toronto
for the mainframes but not the DB2 stuff as far as I know.

They are working to change things, but we (well perhaps not you Bruce
<grin>) are part of the problem.  All the time we insist that DB2 databases
be able to be read as flat files we are effectively preventing them from
adopting the Toronto UDB code even if Rochester wanted to.
