Hello Carl,

I've written a piece of code that uses the various validation list API's to 
add, change, find, verify and remove a validation list entry.

I'm not sure what you mean by "automatically add a user to a validation list" 
but if you want to programmagically handle validation list entries you could 
use my code as a starting point - please let me know if you want a copy.
