Where to buy 4 GB (QIC4GB format) with SLR5-4 GB Data Cartridge -- MIDRANGE-L

Hello

Again me with a tape question. I have a 6382 unit.
That should support 4GB tapes. However I cannot buy these tapes anymore from 
vendors in the Netherlands. As I don't want to use 2GB tapes I am looking 
for 4GB tapes.

Does anybody know where you can buy them or can you perhaps mount another 
tape of a higher density and initialize it on 4GB?
I tried that with a 5 GB tape but that gave a lot of media errors.
