No, we have not worked this out yet, but I don't think it is V4R5 related.
I'm not sure what it is. It doesn't work like i think it should/did, but
maybe my perceptions are wrong. The help text on the RSTDSP option of the
CRTDSPF command says the screen will be redisplayed when the file is used
again. I thought it should redisplay when you return to the calling program
(whether or not you do another exfmt to a screen).

IBM says there are no PTF's for this, so I'm just assuming that I'm brain
dead and working around the problem. It is causing us problems in that our
software applications are not working like they used to, but since we are
writing a new release and nobody else is complaining too loudly, we are just
working around the problem.
