I do not have any experience with user queues but read about them.

The only HLL to access them is C/400, as far as I know. Have you searched the
manuals?

In fact, IBM should make them available to RPG programmers too and put them in
the C/S spectrum: in stead of using data queues for communication, use user
queues, assigned to signedon users. But this is off question, I think.
