Colin, you can use ftp to upload the text file to a source file.
There is a recent thread about using ftp for save files, but uploading text to
source is pretty similar:

1) at the ms-dos prompt, type: ftp AS400-NAME-HERE
2) type in the user name & password.
3) Upload the text to a source file : put PCFILE.TXT
LIBRARY/SRCFILE.SRCMBR
4) Log off the FTP server: quit

You can use the AS400 IP address instead of the name if you prefer.

I have downloaded some RPG source from a web site on the internet. Whats
the best way to get this source from a text file on my PC, to an RPG source
member?

I am not running client access.
