The system value for Processor Feature, shows you the Processor card, as well as
the Interactive Feature code.  If you are on a 720 with a 2062 processor, and a
1501 interactive feature code, and do a WRKSYSVAL QPRCFEAT, you will receive the
value 206E. What you don't know is that P group this is in.  You could then make
a table to correlate QPRCFEAT to Software P Group.
