I got this a while back from IBM's doco web site (publib.boulder.ibm.com).
It's in with the rest of the PDFs once you navigate to it.

My PDF copy is doc# SC41-5711-02, and the page footers contain "OS/400
Integrated File System Introduction V4R3".
