Patrick,

Started & stopped several times.  Already had looked @ the low level
messages on the initiating session, there were none.  Had checked the
jobs in QSNADS (& QSYSWRK too).  Had put the dist queue on hold early on
in the "what the heck is going on" phase of trying to figure what had
happened.

Turned out that the STRMSF (when did that start as a requirement?) needs
to be run (Thanks Neil & Brent!).

Bill,

I assume that the QSNADS subsystem is started, yes? (just had to ask the
obvious). Try doing the SNDNETF command from a terminal session and then
looking at the lower level messages. There are sometimes informational
messages that can be helpful. Next try looking at each of the jobs in
the
QSNADS subsystem. View their job logs and see if there are any errors
being
reported. Also, have you tried putting a hold on the distribution queue
before using SNDNETF just to see if anything shows up in the queue?
