Bruce,
It is definitely something that has to do with system state programs.
But there is more to it. If I change the state to system with SST,
the program continues to update the count. If I use the DIAG backdoor
to change the state, the usage count is not updated anymore.
What is it BESIDES the system state that makes a difference?
