client does...get them off the ground running cheaply then once they have
their feet wet move on to heavier stuff...and they don't need a "hot
fission" (eah, cold fussion) development environ, plus IBM keeps telling
them how the 400 is web server enabled...  Also, they don't need to punch
up a online order entry/POS system from day 1 either... 

and given how cheaply they can get FP, and how cheap and readily available
education is for FP here in DC, why not...

And, this brings up the next logical progression question:  Preferences
for web development environs...  I'ld also be interested in hearing
comments on web development tools, costs,
benefits/drawbacks/compatabilithy issues from folks that are heavy into
this part of the world...
