Jeff,

I have used both HP and IBM. The older IBM's, like the 3130 are only good
for boat anchors. The newer IBMs work well (InfoPrint). The HP's have always
worked well, with the addition of a Priam Pro88 to do AFP. I have setup HP's
as *IPDS via a JetDirect card and that works well also, but with one gotcha.
If you have any print files that use CHRIZ (I believe) to stretch regular
fonts to larger sizes, the HP's won't give you the same result.. All my
expereince has been with lasers in an office enviroment.
