On / Off Topic !!

Hey all, First I apologize to our host if this is to far off topic.

But, I know that many of you like myself are independent business owners.
Today, I received notice
from my health insurance provider that they were again raising my rates.
With a group of 1 policy my total
cost is now going to be almost $800/Month.  This is more than some people
earn in month, never mind have to pay for insurance.

So my question is what do those of you who are also independent business
people with a group of 1 do for
health insurance coverage ??  No one else including HMO Kaiser seem to be
even close to what I
would think is a reasonable cost??
