Re: shop size/change mngmnt

It has been my experience that unless you are a one
man show that change management is not only nice, it
is necessary.  It makes the tracking and
prioritization of projects much more manageable.  Like
anything else though, standards must be put in place
and enforced regarding consistent use or its benefit
will not be achieved.
