We've done it to both diskette and tape from RPG.  It was one of the
features that I used to justify moving to a 400 from a S/36.  Albeit not
one of the big features.  Of course the fact that a single 8" diskette
drive cost $4,000 was a gagger.  I'd have to hunt like heck to find the
programs, if we still have them.

other file.  It becomes more difficult to manage because the data is now
completely off-line, and we have no access to AS/400 commands like DSPFD
