I had this problem once with a machine it wouldn't come up because there was
too much voltage being supplied to it.  Take a volt meter and use it to test
the electrical socket.Joseph Jenkins

I have a 9406-620, V4R2, that was just moved to a new location.
Upon powering it up, I get the System Ref Code 10112231.
The only info I have shows:

        1xxx xxxx - System Power Failure(SPCN)

Does anyone have anything more specific to this code?
