So you are saying the SW Install manual ver -04 is in error?. What happens 
to QUSRSYS?

You cannot do this upgrade directly.  You will screw up QUSRSYS.  (I 
guarantee it!)

Go to V4R3, and then to V4R5.

I suggest 4.3 (as opposed to 4.2) because it is still supported if you 
have 
a problem, and because in general it was a more stable release.
