Password maintenance simplification

Hi all 

I need a way to simplify password maintenance
for our users.  We are an AS/400 shop with about 
50 NT users.  Everyone has a POP mail account
on the AS/400.  Everyone uses Netserver 
for file serving.  Each user has one profile and 
password for the AS/400, Microsoft Outlook and 
for the NT sign-on.  Each user has to change his
password every 60 days. 

I would like a program that 
would ask the user to key his profile, current 
password and new password.  The program would 
change the password on the AS/400 or send 
back any errors.  Once the password is changed
on the AS/400 the program would then update the 
password in Microsoft Outlook and in Microsoft NT. 

Anyone know of such a program or script?
