IBM Learning Services has a satelite delivered video feed
that looks like a good thing to me.  The cost is suprisingly low,
under $ 2,000 per year total cost for one student.  Under $ 5,000
for 3 students. 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.  Lots of courses: Java, WebSphere, SAA, MVS, as well
as eServer iSeries.
