I recently bought a copy of "SQL for Dummies," which I figured was a
euphemism for "RPG programmers."  My favorite part of the book, which is
pretty good, is the author's opinion that SQL is not an effective solution
to business problems unless it's combined with a programming language.  He
wasn't just talking about presentation.  He was concerned with set level vs.
record level issues.  Oracle wouldn't provide PL/SQL unless they had too.
