Unless there is a "newer" term for interactive.... it means "signed on"
with
a status of inter on the wrkactusr screen. I believe(and always have)
that
this is considered as an active user. Everything else is NOT. On the
Server
machines, jobs are submitted to the 400 as a "batch" job and are not
counted
in the "official" interactive count.

                  (BUT this could have changed in the last 5 minutes)
