FTP remote command was "fixed" in V4R2.  Client Access Remote command (which

DDM) will likely never be "fixed".

P.S.  If you really want to get there attention, change your reomte command to 
do
something more powerfull like "rmtcmd crtlib qhack"  and then follow it up with 
a
"rmtcmd dltlib qhack".  It has a more pronounced effect on the audience....
especially if they run with Object-Owner-profile = Group-Profile.
