Hi Al,

Let me know if you don't manage to find anything else, I think that I
might still have a tool to convert "I" & "O" specs to external DDS
formats although it hasn't seen the light of day for twelve or more
years.  I just hope that its not on a 8" floppy!

I had a lot of lick with Target/400.  The problem is that the tool is 
extremely capable of locating multi-record format files, and finds many 
"false positives", which it takes you through a remediation process.
