RE: CL DCLF

You can only read a file once in a C/L program. You can specify a starting
position before the first read but once you have read the file there is no
way to go back and reread it unless you call the C/L program again.

        to reposition back to start of file ?  I've tried OVRDBF
POSITION(*START)
        and POSITION(*RRN 1); neither seem to work.  Perhaps I am trying to
