I think sometime after the first few million, it isn't money anymore.  It is
power.  And a more addictive drug has not been found.

I apologize for being off-topic, but I believe far too many people accept
the above without question. If simply amassing money is the goal, then it
may be impossible to have "too much"; if the goal is to get enough money
to accomplish something else (eat well, educate one's children, acquire
fast computers), then it seems quite possible to have "too much" -- simply
defined as more than is necessary to achieve those goals.

I think we in contemporary society place far too much emphasis on gettng
more and more money, and not enough on what we use if for once we have it.
We need only look around us to see the results. . . .
