Immediately following the Start of Field (SF)
order (x'1D) is a Field Format Word (FFW), 
not the field length.  The FFW may be 
optionally followed by a Field Control Word 
(FCW),a s is the case here, then the screen 
attribute byte, and finally the 2-byte field 
length.
