  ERROR DESCRIPTION:
The sending of spooled files via SNA and TCP are behaving
differently. QSPCRTSP is attempting to change to the library
list of the user BEFORE swapping to the user when doing a
SNDTCPSPLF. The libraries are set to PUBLIC *EXCLUDE on the
customer's system and the user is part of a group profile that
has *USE authority to them. QTCP does not have *USE authority to
the libraries, therefore, CPF2182 'Not authorized to library
xxxxxx.' is issued in the LPD job logs.

  LOCAL FIX:
Give QTCP *USE authority to the libraries referenced in CPF2182.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
When creating spooled files on behalf of another user with the
use of the QSPCRTSP API, MSGCPF2182 could result if the
current user does not have *USE authority to all of the
libraries in the library list of the user that the file is
  being spooled under.

  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
An OS/400 system program has been changed to swap to the
profile that the spooled file will be created under, before
changing to that user's library list.

        Subject: SNDTCPSPLF

Hello Everyone -
I am trying to send some spooled files with the SNDTCPSPLF command. It is
in a CL that has worked for a while now, but all of a sudden I m getting
this message...
  Statement . . . . . . . . . : 8900
  Message . . . . : 8900 - SNDTCPSPLF RMTSYS(ACS) PRTQ('linep')
    FILE(APR222PR) JOB('795756'/OMNI/COLDPART) SPLNBR(5) TRANSFORM(*YES)

    DLTSPLF(*NO)
40 10/09/00 12:41:48 QDCXLATE QSYS 05AF QWPZPDS
QSYS *STMT
  To module . . . . . . . . . : QWPZSCP
  To procedure . . . . . . . : get_xlate_table
  Statement . . . . . . . . . : 25
  Message . . . . : Table QMY7BF437 not found.
  Cause . . . . . : The table QMY7BF437 does not exist. Recovery . . .
:
Change the table name or library name in the calling program.

Anyone seen this before? Suggestions?
Much appreciated.
