Hello Winardi,

This depends on your security settings ...

Normally I get this kind of error, when the other system needs
some kind of authorization for that session.
This means, you have to do ADDCMNE to Subsystem QCMN to specify
your RMTLOC and device name and which userprofile (normally *ANY)
is allowed to use this session profile on the other machine(s)
and vice versa.
In pure IP-networks you will have to do the SNA / APPN name
 resolution of the APPN topology manually by editing the QAPPNRMT
and the QAPPNLCL nodelists.
I assume you have already configured the "APPC over TCP" Controller
description for ANYNET to work over the TCPIP controlpoint.
