RE: Need Macintosh FTP Client for AS/400

    Follow-ups for my request for information about a Mac FTP client 
that will talk to the AS/400.  Thanks to those who replied:

    The FTP log shows that this is being done automatically by the 
server when the client logs on.  Even so, the directory list format 
is still so bizarre that the standard Mac clients don't understand 
it.  I can't imagine why IBM would write an FTP server with a 
proprietary list format...

    Thanks, this works nicely!  Now if I could convince the authors 
that double-clicking a file should automatically download it, I'd be 
all set!
