I agree with Chuck, why V4R3?

V4R3 is only supported until 01/2001, V4R4 until 05/2001.  It would make
much more sense to goto V4R5, unless you want to do another OS upgrade in a
few months.

why 4.3 when 4.4 & 4.5 are out...and yes the encryption pieces must me

know if there is any PROGRAM FEATURE or BASE PROGRAM that I need to order
manually e.g. 5769-AC1.  I will like to fill in all the blanks before I
start this upgrade.
