Spool files are not counted as jobs.
Jobs, which completed execution, but still having spool files, do count. In
other words, job will go away only aftr it's last spool file will go away.
WRKACTJOB shows ACTIVE jobs, WRKSYSSTS shows TOTAL jobs.
So you have 2157-143 = 2014 jobs which ended, but have spool files.  You
cannot easily tell how many spool files are on system.

Spool files are counted as jobs as well. They are part of that large count
using WRKSYSSTS, shoot our count is 2157, but using WRKACTJOB the count is
only 143.
