Hello there,
I am trying all day long, to transfer some data from CSV file to the AS400.
Looks good but the way everything is transferred.
Example :
FDF file ==========================
PCFDF
PCFT 1
PCFO 1,1,1,1,1
PCFL ICITEM 1 20
PCFL ICDSC1 1 30
PCFL ICDSC2 1 30
PCFL ICDSC3 1 30
PCFL ICUM 1 3
PCFL IFPR1 2 13/4
PCFL ICCUB 2 11/4
==================== located on the pc after I wrote DDS and transferred file
to PC - I got it automatically

the pc file PCTEST.CSV

"100T","KEY FOR F.D","FU06","R","EA",2.0000,3.0009
"101T","KEY FOR F.D","FU07","R","EA",32.2222,4.1212
"102T","KEY FOR F.D","FU08","R","EA",2.0000,1.2222
"103T","KEY FOR F.D","FU06","R","EA",1.2222,3.2222

when I get the file on the AS400 and do dsppfm - I see that all of the ?? are
still there and the first field is 20 char - together with the double quotes
and the commas.

If I use CSV transfer - it says CWBTF0009 that the field is too long!!! And the
field will be truncated. OK - but later says -CWBTF0005 -data in this field is
incorrect?
(I am using CA - W95/NT data transfer)

Any help will be appreciated - thanks in advance!

Val
