I could not find any initial job running to set the jobd, and I checked the
jobd and it looks fine,  anyways I took the cheating method and added the
library I needed within the CL on the runrmtcmd and it works fine - Thanks!

When you sign on to the other system, is there an initial pgm
setting your lib list, or a menu function setting it. None of these
occur when running remote cmd, even with same profile. Should have a job log
on remote system with the failure.
Check and verify jobd has libl to get job done.  jim
