The ILE Application Development Example, ILE Concepts,and the Data
Management guide are the first places I'd start looking.

You can either make the ILE run in the default activation group (I
wouldn't!) or 
change the OPM overrides to scope to *JOB or 
change the OPM CL to CLLE and use the same activation group as the HLL
programs (this is the choice I would make.)
