Here's what we're using. We keep our unsecured stuff in a directory named
"Home". We created it for providing access to reports, pdf's and
spreadsheets.

SAV        DEV('/qsys.lib/tap01.devd') +
               OBJ(('/home/reports') ('/home/output')) +
               SAVACT(*YES) SAVACTOPT(*ALWCKPWRT) +
               ENDOPT(*LEAVE) /* Save IFS stuff */
