Haven't got time to test it, but it seems to me that this would work - at
least it conveys the basic idea.  You would need to test the resulting date
(using the frequently published DayOfWeek routine) to see if it fell on a
weekend and then adjust by 1 or two days as needed.

     C                   Eval      TotalDays = (%Div(Days2Add:5) * 7)
     C                                        + %Rem(Days2Add:5)

     C     StartDate     AddDur    TotalDays:*D  EndDate
