Arlene,

I think, the CEE-API's are built-in API's which are added during compilation, 
like
the Optional Descriptor API's. Or maybe they are hidden in a service programme
(*SRVPGM). Look at a compile listing or use DSPPGM or scan the amnuals.

I am not really sure about this, but it either of the two possibilities.
