Only assuming a CHGJOB DATE(xxxxxx) hasn't been done.

Call this program that displays both UDATE and the
"Date job entered system" from QUSRJOBI format JOBI0400:

D rcvr ds
D date 63 69
D rcvLen s 10i 0 inz(%size(rcvr))
C call 'QUSRJOBI'
C parm rcvr 200
C parm rcvLen
C parm 'JOBI0400' format 10
C parm '*' qualJob 26
C parm *blanks internalId 16
C udate dsply date
C seton lr

Then do CHGJOB DATE(whatever) and call the program again. The QUSRJOBI
value
will stay the same, but UDATE will change.
