Sure.  So a STRSRVJOB and then use your favorite debugger.
Remember that many of the servers that have exit programs attached
are Prestart Jobs that get 200 uses before they are recycled.  So
if you did two FTP's in a row, one may go through the FTP job that
you have under debug, and the second may cause another job to kick
off.
