It is no charge, but you have to order it specifically to receive it. Our
client was able to order through IBM DIrect.

We need the cryptographic access provider.  I searched through the
archives and found a reference that AC1 (40 bit) comes with the system.
As we are only in the development phase this will be adequate.  The
problem is I can't seem to find it on our V4R3 cd's.  I plan on ordering
AC3 from IBM but can anyone tell me where to look for AC1 on the CD's
(V4R2 maybe ?) or is it available as a PTF ?
